Le président de la République, Patrice Athanase Guillaume Talon dans son Programme d’action du gouvernement (Pag) a pensé à la réforme des Classes sportives pour révéler les talents bruts. Seulement, les politiques égoïstes croient pouvoir se servir de ce projet pour se faire populaires auprès de leurs jeunes militants qu’ils envoient en masse mettre la pression sur les formateurs. Le principal objectif de cette réforme est de faire du Football, du Basket-ball, du Handball, de l’Athlétisme et des arts martiaux des disciplines activités sportives dans nos lycées et collèges.
Seulement que ce programme futuriste, innovateur et inclusif, ouvert à tous les jeunes garçons et à toutes les jeunes filles de la 6e en terminale risque d’être noyé par les acteurs politiques. Car, pour la formation au profit des postulants au poste d’encadreur sportif II se déroule depuis 31 août 2020, le constat est amer et accablant : des hommes politiques ne cesse d’envoyer leurs proches, leurs copains, et autres militants non qualifiés vers les formateurs qui ne cessent de se plaindre.
De Kandi à Cotonou en passant par Parakou, Dassa et Porto-Novo, ils sont plusieurs de ces aspirants qui n’ont aucune notion, aucun vécu relatifs à la discipline sur laquelle ils ont jeté leur dévolu. Plus grave, certains ne savent même pas écrire leur nom. scandaleux. Et pourtant, la concrétisation et la réussite du programme devrait être une chance pour le Bénin qui se veut être le quartier de développement du sport africain. Face à cette pagaille, le Chef de l’Etat à travers le ministre des Sports Oswald Homéky est appelé à sévir pour maintenir l’ordre dans l’exécution et le choix des encadreurs qui doivent former les enfants. C’est une question d’honneur et de souveraineté.
