Les encadreurs sportifs devant s’occuper de l’animation des classes sportives en Athlétisme, au Basketball, au Handball, au Football et en arts martiaux sont en formation depuis ce lundi 31 août 2020 sur toute l’étendue du territoire national. En effet, dans le cadre de la préparation rentrée sportive 2020-2021 des classes sportives, il est organisé du 31 août au 27 septembre 2020, une formation au profit des postulants au poste d’encadreur sportif. Sont concernés par cette formation, tous les postulants à l’exception de ceux qui sont déjà dans la Fonction Publique (Agent Contractuel de l’Etat ACE ou Agent Permanent de l’Etat APE). Cette formation se déroule par département et par centre de regroupement conformément à un calendrier bien établi. C’est l’une des étapes du processus de sélection des encadreurs sportifs avant leur déploiement sur le terrain pour la rentrée officielle des Classes sportives, prévue pour le mercredi 21 octobre 2020. L’objectif de cette formation est de permettre aux postulants de s’approprier le cadre institutionnel du programme des classes sportives, d’acquérir les connaissances en matière de planification d’une saison sportive, d’animation d’une séance d’entraînement et de s’aguerrir de nouvelles connaissances et techniques dans leur discipline. Selon le Coordonnateur du Programme de Promotion et de Développement des Activités Sportives (PPDAS) Dieudonné Mensah placé sous la tutelle du Ministère des Sports dirigé par le Ministre Oswald Homéky, à l’issue de la formation, une évaluation sera faite.
