Lancée le lundi 14 Septembre 2020, la formation des postulants encadreurs devant animés les classes sportives dans les différentes communes du pays a pris fin, ce vendredi 25 Septembre 2020. Après deux semaines de formation théorique et pratique, Mathias Déguénon, l’un des formateurs au Football fait le point à la rédaction de Bénin sports.
« Pendant deux semaines, nous avons eu à aborder cinq grands chapitres au niveau théorique. Primo, nous avons parlé de comment structurer une séance d’entraînement; ensuite; la méthodologie d’enseignement de la discipline football. Après, nous avons parlé de l’ontogenèse motrice, c’est-à-dire le développement de l’être humain depuis la conception jusqu’à sa phase finale et à ce niveau, nous avons insisté plus sur les capacités sur lesquelles les encadreurs auront à travailler, puisque c’est un programme qui, dans sa haute structuration, a pris en compte les U-13 et les U-17. Donc, nous avons plus insisté sur ces deux catégories, les capacités sur lesquelles ils doivent travailler au niveau de ces deux catégories. Enfin, nous avons évoqué de la planification d’une saison qui est le premier travail de l’encadreur avant de commencer le travail à tous les niveaux donnés », a déclaré Mathias Deguenon. Par ailleurs, « au niveau pratique, nous avons abordé les thèmes qui ont rapport avec les fondamentaux puisque ce sont des tranches d’âges où véritablement, le travail à la base doit être fait avec rigueur, avec sérieux. Voilà en sommes, les thèmes que nous avons abordé. Nous les avons laissés plancher, ils ont fait leur programmation, ils viennent et ils exécutent. Après, on se voit en salle pour faire le point, les observations afin de tirer les conclusions sur les thèmes abordés. Déjà à la prise de contact, j’ai reconnu beaucoup de visages, beaucoup de collèges, je dirai, qui sont du domaine et des enseignants qui sont au niveau des différents clubs, des anciens de l’éducation physique et sportive, les anciens joueurs. Je crois que tout ce que nous avons eu à faire pour l’évaluation, ça a été bien perçu dans la mesure où je n’étais pas là en tant que formateur juste pour leur imposer ce qui doit être, mais le travail a été fait de façon participative », a-t-il conclu.
