Le comité exécutif de la Fédération béninoise de football a procédé à la nomination des membres de la commission des arbitres pour le compte des prochaines activités footballistiques au Bénin. À la tête de cette Commission, on retrouve Francis Koto Gbian qui est reconduit au poste de Président de la commission après son remarquable travail précédemment effectué.
Cette liste a été rendue publique par la Fbf à travers un communiqué officiel. Ainsi, on retrouve sans surprise à la tête de la Commission des arbitres, Francis Gbian reconduit au poste de Président. Nul doute que cette confiance renouvelée par la Fbf envers l’homme malgré les multiples critiques à son encontre, est le fruit de son travail acharné, sa rigueur, et de son implication personnelle dans la tâche qui lui a été confiée. Ensuite on retrouve, Crespin Aguidissou au poste de Vice-président, Rachel Fafolahan au poste de Secrétaire. Gabriel Tamadaho, Pierre Babo, Sylvain Abikanlou, Moumouni Kiagou et Saré Boukari complètent la commission en qualité de «membres».
Par ailleurs le communiqué officiel de la Fbf fait état de la nomination de Thomas Boko au poste de responsable départemental arbitral, Bonaventure Codjia en qualité d’instituteur national. Moustapha Yaya et Borgias Houedin quant à eux, sont désignés instructeurs physiques.
