La fête de Noël sera belle sur les terrains synthétiques de Active Africa à la montée du pont de Fifadji du jeudi 23 au samedi 25 décembre 2021. Dans le but de clôturer l’année en beauté, le Réseau Sportif Africain (RSA) en partenariat avec l’Association des Centres de Formation Sportive du Bénin (ACeFoS-Bénin), organise à l’intention des centres de formation, la 3ème édition de son gala dénommé » Noël en Foot ». Pour le compte de cette édition 2021, douze (12) Centres sont attendus à cette grande fête du football à la base pour s’affronter dans les catégories U10 et U13. Il s’agit de notamment de : Bénin Foot Académie, ACEFOS, Use, Agefas, New King, Dembélé Foot, Asef et de Etg. Selon les organisateurs, cette initiative vise plusieurs objectifs : Réunir les enfants autour de leur passion commune qu’est le football ; enrichir leur base de données des talents cachés ; faire du football un véritable levier d’éducation des enfants ; et ; participer à l’épanouissement des enfants pendant ces périodes de fêtes de fin d’année.
Avec un remarquable dynamisme, les jeunes pousses vont investir les installations pour faire plaisir au public sportif béninois avec beaucoup de grâce et de technique des exercices superbement orchestrés par leurs coachs. Il faut rappeler que ce projet est rendu possible grâce au soutien du Fonds national pour le développement des activités de jeunesse, de sports et des loisirs (Fndajsl) qui n’est pas resté en marge de cet événement qui en est d’ailleurs le sponsor officiel. Ce geste du Fndajsl a été possible sous l’impulsion du ministre des sports, Oswald Homéky à travers son Directeur général, Imorou Bouraïma qui confirme que le financement des activités sportives respecte la part territoriale.
