Il a transfiguré le visage des Ecureuils pour leur faire manger des Lions dans le pays des Pharaons. Ça nous fera encore retarder pour participer à une phase finale et je crois que je ne suis pas le seul à être impatient » a-t-il confié.
Par ailleurs, il ajoute que ses poulains le manquent et sont aussi impatients de revenir en sélection: « Ma dernière rencontre avec les joueurs remonte à Novembre 2019. C’est vrai que je suis toujours en contact avec eux mais ça fait une éternité qu’on s’est retrouvé physiquement et cela nous manque ».
Pour finir, l’ex caennais confiant de l’état d’esprit de son groupe entend préparer mentalement ses joueurs pour affronter le Lesotho. « Des rendez-vous importants à la reprise, il y aura la double confrontation avec le Lesotho et nous devons nous concentrer sur notre sujet », a t-il conclu.
