Le Lieutenant-Colonel Kékéré Pamphile a décidé de faire parler son cœur. Ce passionné de Volley-ball et membre de l’équipe dirigeante d’Entente Vbc a posé des actes pour le développement de la discipline au Bénin. En effet, à défaut d’organiser des tournois en cette période de la Covid-19, Colonel Kékéré Pamphile Dotou a mis à la disposition de plusieurs associations des équipements sportifs. De même, il a également décidé d’une initiative d’entraide sportive dans la Commune de Bassila qui consiste à redynamiser le Volley-ball dans cette localité.
Ainsi, Les Tigres de Bohicon; Jspa Bohicon, Éclair d’Adjahonmè, Étincelle de Parakou sans oublier une initiative de Bassila ont reçu des jeux de maillots, des paires de chaussures, des ballons et des filets. À en croire le Lieutenant-Colonel Kékéré, « on ne peut pas parler de développement dans un pays sans la jeunesse et sans aller à la base.» Il entend nouer un partenariat harmonieux avec les clubs et associations pour le rayonnement du sport à la base. Par ailleurs, en cette période de crise sanitaire liée au Coronavirus, il invite les volleyeurs au maintien de la forme dans le strict respect des gestes barrières.
