Le Bénin sera présent au Championnat d’Afrique juniors et séniors de Gymnastique Aérobic prévu du 13 au 17 mars 2020 au Caire. La délégation béninoise qui quitte Cotonou jeudi 12 mars 2020 via Nigéria est composée de deux entraîneurs : Innocent Yaka et Eusèbe Noutaï et de 08 gymnastes.
Ainsi, dans la catégorie Séniors dames le Bénin sera représenté par la Championne d’Afrique en titre, Amdivie Kouhounha et Alexandrine Gninou; alors que le champion en titre Rodrígue Ahissou sera présent avec Dieudonné Kitti pour défendre son titre.
Au niveau des juniors Filles Trésor Djaho, Dalila Adjanato et Clémentine Soglo vont défendre les couleurs béninoises. Junior Gbaguidi aura la lourde responsabilité de faire parler du Bénin dans la catégorie junior garçon.
Précisions que le président de la Fédération béninoise de Gymnastique, Isidore Léonide Gbaguidi s’est déjà rendu au Caire depuis ce mardi 10 mars 2020 afin de prendre les dispositions nécessaires pour une bonne participation des Écureuils.
