Face aux responsables de sociétés d’État, dirigeants de clubs et chefs d’entreprises ce lundi 31 Août 2020, le ministre des Sports, Oswald Homéky a annoncé la bonne nouvelle au mouvement sportif béninois.  » Par rapport à la reprise des activités sportives, nous observons l’évolution de ce mal : le Covid-19 qui frappe le monde et qui bouleverse le calendrier. Ce que je peux vous dire, c’est que, dans quelques semaines, nous allons effectivement reprendre les compétitions « ; a rassuré le patron des sports.

 

En effet, après cette déclaration du patron des sports, on est tenté de dire que les activités sportives vont reprendre sous contrôle et de façon progressive. Sans surprise, les règles qui s’appliquent pour chacun au quotidien resteront valables. Les mesures d’hygiène resteront aussi indispensables et les distances de sécurité doivent être respectées.

 

Pour rappel, au sujet de la pandémie du Coronavirus (Covid-19), le Gouvernement avait pris des mesures en Conseil extraordinaire des ministres mardi 17 Mars 2020, sous la présidence effective de Monsieur Patrice Athanase Guillaume Talon, Président de la République, Chef de l’État et Chef du Gouvernement. Il avait été décidé de la suspension de toutes les manifestations et tous autres événements non essentiels à caractère sportif, culturel, religieux, politique et festif.
