Suite aux incidents subvenus le 26 janvier dernier dans la salle Olympique de Radès lors de la finale de la 24ème édition de la Can de Handball, la Confédération africaine de Handball (CAHB) a sorti une note de sanction, ce 31 janvier 2020 contre la Fédération tunisienne de Handball.
Par une correspondance, la Cahb présidée par le Béninois Arêmou Mansourou, sanctionne lourdement la Tunisie en lui infligeant une amende de quinze mille euros suivie d’une interdiction d’organisation de compétition internationale pour une durée de quatre ans.
Pour rappel, le match de la finale de cette Can a vu des spectateurs tunisiens découragés et énervés, prendrent d’assaut l’aire de jeu avec des jets d’objets aux joueurs égyptiens, vainqueurs de cette finale, à la 58ème minute de jeu et entraînant la suspension du match pendant 10 minutes.
