Ancien footballeur, Célestin Aïssoun est un fou du football. D’ailleurs, il dirige l’encadrement technique de As Hirondelles, un club qui a pris part au championnat amateur dans le département de l’Atlantique. Au Chant d’oiseau, le jeudi 27 Août 2020, il était à l’étape de Cotonou du Master-Class Anif-Foot de l’Association nationale des initiatives de formation en Football (Anif-Football). Au terme de la journée, il parle à Bénin Sports.
Ces trois modules de formation que j’ai eu le privilège honneur de participer était vraiment indispensable pour les acteurs de football que nous sommes. Pour une première fois, j’ai reçu des connaissances sur le marché de transfert dans le monde, ainsi que les avantages liés au club formateur que nous sommes. Aussi, avons-nous eu également à échanger sur la gestion technique et administrative des centres de formation avec comme exemple, le Centre Diambars au Sénégal. En somme, c’est une satisfaction de joie intense, car c’est un de plus pour nous acteurs et nous remercions au passage les organisateurs de Anif-foot et les formateurs pour leur sens d’humilité. Je profite de l’occasion pour souhaiter longue vie à Anif-Football et que ces genres de formation soient pérennisés dans le temps.
